Common Color: bright green or black

Season: Hass variety is year-round, others are from the end of summer through mid-fall (depending on type)

Storage: store at room temperature until ripen, then can be kept for up to a week when refrigerated

Nutrition: vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B, potassium, omega-6, omega-3
